Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help grow its Boston restructuring and distressed-finance practice. The team focuses on lender-side high-yield and distressed-debt work as well as debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

The role is an opportunity to build a portable practice and play a visible leadership role in expanding both lender-side and debtor-focused capabilities. You will work alongside experienced restructuring lawyers on complex in-court and out-of-court matters.

Established partner with proven experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt work.
Track record on lender-side high-yield/distressed finance and debtor representations; portable book of business preferred.
Strong client relationships, business origination ability and market reputation.
Excellent drafting and courtroom/negotiation skills; ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Boston.
