Well‑established international firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Corporate practice in Boston with a focus on M&A, capital markets and transactional work for technology, life sciences, financial‑services and energy clients. The role will collaborate across practices including IP and litigation, and with other U.S. and international offices on cross‑border deals.

The successful candidate will help build and lead team-based client relationships, originate new mandates and work closely with sector teams on growth opportunities (emerging growth, PE-sponsored M&A and issuer-side capital markets transactions). The office welcomes experienced groups or individual laterals.

Established partner-level track record in M&A and capital markets or in closely related transactional practice areas.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business or demonstrable origination capacity preferred.
Sector experience in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy desirable.
Experience leading teams, mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across offices on cross-border matters.
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
