Seeking a partner to join a busy corporate and finance practice with a significant energy focus. The role will handle M&A and transactional work, capital markets matters, and project development and commercial work across renewable energy and oil & gas sectors.

The successful candidate will take a lead role on complex deals, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a client pipeline in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in transactional corporate/energy matters is valued.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate finance, or energy transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements; business development capability.
Strong technical drafting and deal-management skills across domestic transactional matters.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work from the Boston office.
