Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its corporate and energy transactional practice in Boston. The role focuses on M&A, private-company and public-company transactional work, and energy project and commercial matters across renewables and traditional energy sectors.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate and develop business, and work across finance, capital markets and transactional teams. This is an opportunity to join a well-established national platform with deep industry relationships while maintaining a visible role in business development.

Established partner with a proven corporate/M&A and energy transactional practice
Experience on project development and commercial matters in renewables and/or oil & gas
Track record of originating or developing client relationships and business (portable book of business preferred)
Strong transactional, negotiation and client-management skills; capital markets experience advantageous
