Senior partner hire to lead and grow a financial‑services practice with a regulatory, corporate or transactional focus. The role involves advising banks, insurers, intermediaries and fund managers on a broad range of commercial, regulatory and fund‑related matters.

We are seeking a partner with an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing client relationships. The successful candidate will help develop the local team and collaborate with national and international colleagues.

Partner‑level experience in financial‑services law with a corporate, regulatory or transactional focus (no litigators).
Demonstrable experience advising banks, insurers, intermediaries and/or fund managers.
Established, portable practice / book of business suitable for a partner role.
Interest or experience in fund management, fund formation or portfolio management; willingness to be based in Montreal (Toronto candidates with flexibility considered).
