Senior-level insurance coverage attorney role focusing on first-party commercial property matters. The position sits in a busy national insurance-coverage practice and will manage high-value, complex property-loss matters across state and federal courts.

Responsibilities include leading national coverage files, evaluating large-scale commercial property losses (fire, casualty, business interruption, dishonesty), overseeing complex arson and fraud investigations, conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), and driving coverage litigation through trial when required.

• 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience with a heavy emphasis on first-party commercial property.
