Seeking a lateral partner to join a national US law firm’s healthcare litigation team in Cincinnati. The role focuses on leading complex healthcare and life sciences disputes for providers, payors and related organizations.

The successful candidate will manage trial and appellate matters, supervise junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with national teams. There is scope to grow a portable practice and contribute to business development initiatives.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare litigation and life sciences disputes
Proven courtroom and/or appellate track record; experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to bring or expand client relationships
Strong team management and mentoring experience; active bar admission
