Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Cincinnati

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its employment and labor litigation practice in the Cincinnati office. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting complex employment disputes across state and federal courts, managing trial teams, and advising employer clients on workplace policies and compliance risk.

The successful candidate will have a track record of partner-level litigation experience, courtroom and trial exposure, and the ability to originate and develop business. This position offers a leadership role within a busy litigation practice and collaboration with regional colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including significant trial or dispositive motion experience
• Admissions to Ohio bar (or willingness to obtain), plus standing to appear in federal courts preferred
• Proven business development skills and ability to grow a portable practice or client relationships
• Experience supervising associates and managing litigation budgets and outside vendors
