Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join a cross-border Fund Secondaries & GP Solutions practice. The role will focus on structuring and executing secondary transactions, advisory work for GPs and LPs, and related fund structuring matters across the US and UK.

The team collaborates across multiple US offices and Europe; the partner will work on complex fund-related deals, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a portable practice in the secondaries/GP advisory space. Proven experience with cross-border private funds work and the ability to originate or expand client relationships is a key part of the brief.

Established partner-level experience in fund secondaries, GP solutions or fund formation.
Track record of leading complex secondary transactions and advising GPs/LPs on structuring issues.
Ability to work across US and UK jurisdictions and to lead deal teams.
Portable client relationships or a demonstrable origination pipeline preferred.
