Senior partner hire to lead and expand a fund structuring practice across Continental Europe. The role involves originating and executing fund formation and structuring work for investment fund clients across Belgium, France and Luxembourg, working closely with local and cross-border teams.

There is a strong preference for candidates who can join with a portable practice or bring a client base; team hires are preferred over solo placements. The role will include business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level track record in fund formation and fund structuring work.
Portable client relationships / demonstrable ability to originate and grow a book of business.
Experience advising on matters across Belgium, France and Luxembourg (multijurisdictional experience preferred).
Strong commercial and team leadership skills; comfortable leading and developing practice teams.
