The successful candidate will join a cross-border practice advising institutional clients and fund sponsors. This is a senior, business-driving role with visibility on high-value mandates.

Proven partner-level experience in fund finance or finance for investment funds in France/Europe.
Track record of originating and leading transactions and managing client relationships; a portable practice is required.
Strong technical knowledge of fund structures and financing products and experience working on cross-border matters.
Fluency in French and English preferred; ability to work in a Paris office.
