Senior partner appointment to lead and grow a government and public law practice in the firm’s Chemnitz office. The role focuses on advising public-sector bodies and regulated organisations on government contracts, procurement and related compliance matters.

The partner will manage a small team, develop client relationships, and work across practices on regulatory and public-law mandates. The firm is looking for an experienced, business-minded lawyer able to originate work and raise the profile of the practice regionally.

Established partner or senior counsel with a substantial practice in government/public law and government contracts.
Proven track record of client development and the ability to bring or build a portable practice.
Strong experience in public procurement, regulatory compliance, and advising public-sector clients.
Qualified to practise in Germany and fluent in German (written and spoken).
Leadership experience managing fee-earners and contributing to firm commercial strategy.
