Leading law firm in Hamburg is seeking a lateral partner to join its Government & Public and Compliance teams. The role will advise public-sector entities and regulated private clients on government contracts, public procurement and regulatory compliance across German and EU frameworks.

The successful candidate will lead client engagement, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development for the practice. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice within a well-established firm in Hamburg.

Established partner-level experience in government/public law and regulatory compliance, including government contracts or public procurement.
Admission to practice in Germany and strong knowledge of German and EU administrative/regulatory regimes.
Proven client development skills and experience leading teams and matters.
Portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships is highly desirable.
