Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Government & Public practice in the Dallas office. The role involves advising government-facing clients, managing matters across regulatory and public policy issues, and collaborating with cross-office teams.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, supervise junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be welcome.

Established partner with substantial experience in government, public policy, or regulatory work.
Proven record of managing complex matters and supervising teams.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable practice or client relationships preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong professional references.
