Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston office to expand a healthcare-focused compliance and corporate practice. The role combines regulatory licensing and transactional work, advising healthcare clients on regulatory compliance, governance, and commercial transactions.

The position is cross-practice by design, working closely with corporate, regulatory and transactional teams to deliver integrated solutions. The hire will lead matters and develop client relationships in the region.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
Track record advising on regulatory licensing, healthcare transactions and governance issues.
Comfortable collaborating across corporate and regulatory teams and leading client engagements.
Portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to generate business welcomed.
