The successful candidate will manage client engagements, develop business, and work with litigation, corporate and regulatory colleagues on integrated matters. This position offers a visible leadership role within a busy practice group serving national and regional healthcare clients.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory, licensing and transactional matters.
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong commercial judgment and experience coordinating cross-practice teams (corporate, compliance, regulatory).
Proven mentoring and practice-management skills to develop associates and contribute to firm initiatives.
