Senior partner hire to lead and expand a healthcare compliance and regulatory practice in the firm’s Manchester office. The role will focus on counseling healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory matters, transactions, and compliance programs across federal and state healthcare frameworks.

This is a partner-level opportunity for a lawyer with an established regulatory practice and demonstrated client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be viewed favorably. Admissions in major U.S. jurisdictions (California or Texas admissions are particularly useful) are a plus but not mandatory.

Partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory, compliance, and life sciences matters.
Track record advising on regulatory risk, enforcement defense, and transactional regulatory issues.
Client development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdictions; multi-state admission beneficial (California or Texas admissions a plus).
