Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago healthcare practice focusing on compliance, regulatory counseling and transactional matters for life sciences and healthcare clients. The role combines deep regulatory experience with commercial transaction work and policy counseling.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead client relationships, advise on state and federal healthcare regulatory issues, and work closely with transactional teams across the firm. Candidates with experience handling multi-jurisdictional healthcare matters, including matters involving California or Texas, are of particular interest.

Established partner with a proven healthcare and life‑sciences regulatory practice.
Strong experience advising on healthcare compliance, regulatory risk and related transactional matters.
Track record of developing and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable client origination preferred.
Admissions, multi‑jurisdictional experience or familiarity with California and Texas healthcare regulatory landscapes a plus.
