Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice within a well-established Government & Public law group in Chicago. The role will advise public-sector clients and regulated entities on regulatory risk, investigations, and compliance program design and implementation.

The partner will manage and mentor a team of lawyers, work cross-practice on government-focused matters, and play a visible role in client relationship management and business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination track record is welcome.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a strong background in regulatory and compliance matters, particularly involving government/public sector clients or regulated industries.
Proven leadership: team management, supervising matters, and mentoring junior lawyers.
Demonstrable business development capability; portable practice or client relationships preferred.
Active bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Illinois.
Excellent written/verbal communication and client-facing skills.
