Seeking an experienced compliance and regulatory partner to join a major national firm’s Chicago office. The role will lead and grow a high‑visibility regulatory practice, advise corporate clients on complex compliance matters, and work across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will manage and develop a team, build client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across offices. A portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters.
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice or ability to originate work preferred.
Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission and authorization to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction.
