Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago team to advise on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters alongside corporate transactional work. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare regulation, licensing, and transactional practice, with regular cross-practice collaboration.

The partner will counsel healthcare clients on regulatory/licensing matters, lead transactional aspects tied to healthcare clients, and coordinate with other practice groups on complex engagements. The position includes responsibility for matter leadership, team supervision, and business development.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory, licensing and related transactional work.
Proven ability to lead matters, manage teams, and work collaboratively across practice groups.
Strong client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable origination record is welcomed.
Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to work from the Chicago office.
