Established partner track record in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including licensing and transactional experience
Strong relationships and business development capability in the healthcare sector; portable book of business preferred
Licensed to practice in New York (or eligible) with significant partner-level experience
Proven ability to lead teams, work across practices, and manage client engagements
