Partner — Healthcare, Compliance & Regulatory (Washington, D.C.)

Senior hire for a national practice seeking a partner to lead and grow healthcare regulatory and transactional work out of the Washington, D.C. office. The role combines counseling on healthcare regulatory and licensing matters with transactional support on healthcare-related deals, coordinating across compliance, corporate and other teams.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-practice platform advising hospitals, health systems, payors and healthcare services clients on regulatory compliance, licensing and related corporate transactions. This position offers a leadership role with client development responsibilities and the opportunity to build a portable practice.

• Established partner with significant experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Experience advising on licensing, regulatory compliance, and healthcare-related corporate transactions.
• Strong leadership and cross-practice collaboration skills; eligible to practice in D.C. (or able to obtain admission).
