Proven partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and licensing matters and related transactional work.
Track record advising clients on compliance and regulatory issues in the healthcare sector.
Strong transactional experience, including cross-practice collaboration with corporate teams.
Business development ability; a portable client base or an established book of business is welcome.
