The team works collaboratively across regulatory, corporate and transactional disciplines to advise healthcare providers, payors and related entities on licensing, compliance programs and deal execution. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and leadership within the local office.

Admission to the California bar (or eligible for reciprocity)
Established practice handling healthcare regulatory matters and healthcare-related transactions
Experience with regulatory/licensing counseling, compliance program development, and transactional documentation
Proven ability to originate or bring portable client relationships and to lead client engagements
Strong cross-practice collaboration and team leadership skills
