Seeking an experienced partner with an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing complex matters in healthcare and/or education. The team is open to candidates nationwide and offers a platform to expand industry-focused work across multiple sectors.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or education law, including work for health systems, life sciences companies or educational institutions
Demonstrated business development and client origination skills; portable book of business preferred
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, cross-disciplinary matters
Active bar admission and credentials appropriate for a partner role
