The role will sit within an established industry-focused team that advises clients on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters in healthcare, life sciences, and education.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes experienced partners with a portable practice. This is a senior role with responsibility for originating business, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across industry groups to deepen client relationships.

Experienced partner with significant healthcare and/or education practice
Proven origination record and ability to bring or develop client relationships (portable book of business welcomed)
Strong background advising on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters in healthcare or life sciences
Track record of leading teams, cross-selling across industry groups, and mentoring associates
Active bar admission and ability to work in the Chicago market
