Senior partner role for an established Healthcare and Education practice based in Houston. The team advises health systems, educational institutions, and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

The firm is seeking a client-facing leader to grow a multidisciplinary practice across healthcare, life sciences and education sectors. The role includes originating new business, managing client relationships, and mentoring associates within a collaborative platform. Candidates nationwide will be considered; a portable practice or demonstrable business development record is welcome.

Partner-level experience in healthcare, education or life sciences regulatory and transactional matters.
Proven business development and client origination skills; portable practice or clear ability to generate revenue preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management experience, with mentoring of junior lawyers.
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Texas and travel as required for client work.
