Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a well-regarded national law firm’s Healthcare and Education practices in the Kansas City market. The role focuses on advising health systems, educational institutions, and life sciences clients on transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and is particularly interested in partners with a portable practice or established client relationships in healthcare, life sciences, or education. The team handles a mix of complex transactions, regulatory counseling, and risk-management work for institutional clients.

Established partner with significant experience advising healthcare, life sciences, and/or education-sector clients.
Proven business development record and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Strong background in transactions, regulatory compliance, and institutional client counseling.
Ability to lead teams, work collaboratively across practice groups, and contribute to practice growth.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
