Partner, Healthcare & Education - Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Healthcare and Education practices in the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on advising health systems, life sciences companies, and education-sector organizations on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

Candidate will lead client relationships, develop new business and mentor junior lawyers across cross-disciplinary teams. The team serves clients nationally, and the firm is open to strong partner candidates from outside the immediate region.

Portable practice or established client relationships in healthcare, life sciences or education are welcomed and will be a key consideration for the hire.

• Partner-level experience advising healthcare and/or education-sector clients on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters
• Proven client-development skills and ability to originate and grow business
• Track record of leading teams and mentoring associates
• Admission to practice in D.C. or willingness to seek local admission
