Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to expand corporate work across health care, life sciences, technology and related transactional practices. The role will sit at the intersection of M&A, PE and capital markets transactions, with significant cross-practice collaboration with IP and litigation teams.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a team, originate and execute complex deals, and advise clients in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences and technology). This is a partner-level role intended for an experienced rainmaker or group leader who can bring and develop client relationships and a portable practice.

Established partner with a track record of leading complex M&A, private equity or capital markets transactions, ideally with exposure to healthcare, life sciences or technology clients.
Proven business development skills and ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Comfort working collaboratively across IP, litigation and regulatory teams on cross-disciplinary matters.
Strong leadership and team-management experience and excellent client-facing skills.
