Proven track record in IP litigation, preferably with matters involving healthcare or life sciences clients.
Significant trial and appellate experience and experience supervising teams of associates and junior partners.
Demonstrable client development skills; a portable practice or the ability to bring and grow client relationships is highly desirable.
