Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice with a focus on life sciences. The role is Bay Area–based but can be handled on a location‑agnostic basis for the right candidate.

The partner will lead client engagements across regulatory, commercial and transactional matters in the healthcare and life sciences space, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a market‑leading practice.

Established partner or counsel with substantial healthcare and life sciences experience.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong commercial and regulatory expertise relevant to healthcare and life sciences transactions and commercial matters.
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and business development skills; ability to work location‑agnostically.
