Leading Los Angeles–area office seeks a partner to join a busy Healthcare practice focused on life sciences and related regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. The role offers the opportunity to advise health‑care systems, life‑sciences companies and other industry participants on complex matters handled by a full‑service team.

Ideal candidate will bring established healthcare and life‑sciences credentials and be ready to work collaboratively across practices on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters. The office supports a platform for growth and cross‑practice referrals.

Strong portable business or well‑developed client relationships in the healthcare or life‑sciences sector are welcome and will be considered in evaluating candidates.

Partner‑level experience advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients
Demonstrable experience on transactional, regulatory or commercial matters in the sector
Proven client development skills and ability to work across practice groups
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred)
