Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and expand a healthcare and life sciences practice in Chicago. The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related stakeholders on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.

Work will span regulatory counseling, transactional support and risk management across state and federal healthcare programs, with opportunities to collaborate across practice groups and with teams in other jurisdictions. Candidates with experience handling matters involving California and Texas healthcare/regulatory issues are especially welcome.

The firm seeks a partner who can develop business and bring a portable practice or client relationships; business development support is provided.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare, life sciences or healthcare regulatory practice
Strong regulatory and transactional background (state and federal healthcare programs, compliance counseling)
Track record of client development and ability to grow a practice; portable client relationships preferred
Active bar admission in Illinois or ability to be admitted; multi-jurisdictional experience helpful
