Established partner or counsel with significant experience in healthcare and life sciences law
Proven track record advising on healthcare regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters
Demonstrable client relationships and the ability to develop business (portable practice welcomed)
Admission to practice in Texas or willingness to seek admission
