Leading national law firm seeks a Partner to grow and lead its Healthcare practice in the Denver market. The role will focus on counseling healthcare providers, payors and life-sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established multi-disciplinary team, handling a mix of complex regulatory work, commercial transactions and client counseling. This is an opportunity to build a visible regional platform and collaborate with national practice groups.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare law and life-sciences matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Strong regulatory, transactional and compliance experience (e.g., HIPAA, Stark/AKS, reimbursement, contracting).
Licensed to practice in Colorado or able to transfer; JD and relevant substantive experience.
