Search for a partner to lead and grow a Healthcare & Life Sciences practice from the Florham Park office of a national law firm. The role will focus on counseling healthcare providers, life‑science companies and other industry participants on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

This is a front‑foot, client‑facing position: you will manage matters, develop business, and work across a multi‑office platform with colleagues in related practices. The firm seeks an experienced partner who can both service existing clients and expand the practice through origination and relationship development.

Partner‑level experience advising healthcare and/or life sciences clients on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.
Proven record of client development and the ability to build and lead a team.
Active law license in New Jersey (or ability to transfer) and strong professional standing.
Comfort working across offices and practice groups on cross‑border or national matters; portable client relationships welcomed.
