Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join and help lead its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in the Fort Myers market. The role will involve advising health systems, providers, and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

The ideal candidate will have an established healthcare practice, experience managing client relationships, and the ability to develop business in the region. This is a partnership-track lateral opportunity with responsibility for growing a local team and market presence.

Partnership-level experience in healthcare and/or life‑sciences practice areas.
Proven client development skills and experience managing a portable practice or book of business.
Strong background in healthcare regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.
Active bar admission in Florida or ability to obtain admission.
