Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in Fort Wayne. The role will focus on regulatory, transactional and advisory matters for healthcare and life‑sciences clients, working across a mix of providers, payors and vendors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling complex, multidisciplinary matters and will have significant client‑facing responsibility. This is an opportunity to help grow a regional practice while leveraging national platform resources.

Established partner with substantial experience in healthcare law and/or life‑sciences matters
Track record of advising on regulatory, compliance, transactional or commercial issues in the healthcare sector
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice or book of business welcomed
Strong communication, leadership and business development skills
