Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Healthcare & Life Sciences practice from the firm's Orange County (Irvine) office. The role involves advising health systems, payors, life‑sciences companies and other industry participants on regulatory, compliance, transactional and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will join an established national practice platform, working on cross‑jurisdictional matters and collaborating with colleagues in related disciplines. There is an expectation to contribute to team leadership and to originate and develop business in the sector.

Established partner with significant Healthcare and/or Life Sciences experience, including regulatory and compliance matters.
Proven record of originating and developing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice is preferred.
Experience leading teams and working on multi‑disciplinary, cross‑office matters.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred) and strong client references.
