Leading law firm with an active Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology litigation practice in Las Vegas is seeking a partner to expand its regional capabilities. The role will focus on counseling and defending clients across healthcare, digital health and life‑sciences matters with a mix of complex litigation and regulatory-driven disputes.

The team works on cross-disciplinary matters that intersect healthcare regulation, technology and product or clinical disputes. The successful candidate will have a partner track record, will help develop business in the market and will collaborate with national practice groups on matters spanning the U.S.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including matters involving digital health or health‑tech.
Strong trial and/or motion practice skills and experience handling multi-jurisdictional or regulatory disputes.
Proven business development ability; a portable client base or demonstrable origination is highly desirable.
Bar admission in Nevada or eligibility to transfer in-house; team leadership and mentoring experience.
