Seeking a partner to join a well‑established Minneapolis practice focused on healthcare, life sciences and technology disputes. The role will handle complex litigation matters across digital health, regulated healthcare entities and life‑sciences clients, working with cross‑disciplinary teams.

The position offers a leadership role contributing to case strategy, client relationship management and business development while collaborating with national practices on technology‑related regulatory and litigation issues.

Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare, life sciences or technology matters.
Proven trial or complex commercial litigation track record and experience advising regulated healthcare or life‑science clients.
Ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business/book of business preferred.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission. Strong legal writing and team leadership skills.
