Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office to lead and grow a healthcare-focused litigation and technology practice. The role centers on disputes and regulatory matters for clients in healthcare, life sciences and digital health, with opportunities to work across technology-enabled healthcare matters.

The partner will take a senior role on high‑profile litigation, manage teams and collaborate with national practice groups. There is scope to develop business in the region and to leverage an existing portable practice.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or eligible) in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven partner‑level litigation experience focused on healthcare, life sciences and/or digital health matters.
Track record of managing litigation teams and handling complex regulatory and technology‑related disputes; trial or significant dispositive motion experience preferred.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable client relationships or ability to originate work highly desirable.
