Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a healthcare and life‑sciences litigation practice in the firm’s Sacramento office. The role is client‑facing and hands‑on: managing contentious matters, supervising teams, and developing practice strategy across regulatory and litigation workstreams.

Ideal for a partner with a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability who can bring and expand client relationships. The position offers a senior leadership seat within an established litigation group focused on healthcare and life sciences disputes.

Admissions: active California bar admission (or ability to obtain).
Proven partner‑level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters.
Track record of managing trial and complex discovery processes; courtroom experience preferred.
Business development experience and ability to cultivate client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
