Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Seattle litigation team focusing on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role involves handling complex civil litigation, regulatory disputes, and counseling healthcare industry clients on compliance-related exposures.

The position offers a platform to lead significant matters, work with an experienced litigation group, and help grow a health‑care focused practice in the Pacific Northwest. There is support from a national network of practice colleagues and resources.

Portable practice is welcome; candidates with an existing client base or demonstrable business development track record will be prioritized.

Partner-level litigation experience with a substantive focus on healthcare and/or life sciences matters
Proven trial or contested litigation experience and comfort handling high‑stakes regulatory and civil disputes
Track record of business development or ability to originate work; portable practice welcomed
Bar admission in Washington or eligibility to become admitted
Leadership skills to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
