Seeking a lateral partner to join a growing healthcare litigation team in Spokane. The role focuses on representing healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial and regulatory disputes, leading matters from intake through trial and appeal.

The position offers leadership responsibility within the regional litigation practice and opportunities to work on cross-office matters with national colleagues. The firm is looking for a senior litigator who can manage high-stakes cases and contribute to practice development.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience handling healthcare and life sciences disputes.
Proven experience leading teams through discovery, motion practice and trial (or appellate) work.
Track record of client development and relationship management; a portable practice or demonstrable origination history is preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to mentor junior lawyers.
