Senior partner role to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences practice in London. The position combines client-facing work, strategic business development and team leadership across regulatory, commercial and transactional matters for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Work is UK‑focused with frequent cross‑border matters and collaboration with international teams. The role is offered on a location‑agnostic basis and will suit an experienced partner who can develop a practice and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with a track record in healthcare and life sciences matters (regulatory, commercial, transactions or related litigation).
Proven business development ability and a demonstrable, portable client base or strong client origination potential.
Experienced in leading teams and working on cross‑border matters with international colleagues.
Qualified to practise in the UK (or equivalent) with strong commercial and interpersonal skills.
