Senior lateral partner role to lead and grow a Healthcare & Life Sciences practice from the firm's Los Angeles office. The position spans both transactional and contentious matters, advising healthcare providers, life‑sciences companies and other industry participants on regulatory, commercial and dispute-related issues.

The successful hire will handle high‑value healthcare transactions and contentious matters, coordinate cross‑practice teams, and work with colleagues nationally to develop integrated solutions for clients. This role offers a platform to expand an existing practice and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking a commercially minded partner with a proven track record in healthcare matters and demonstrable business development capabilities; candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Extensive experience advising on healthcare transactions, regulatory issues and/or healthcare litigation
Proven partner‑level experience and the ability to lead and develop a practice
Demonstrable business development skills and client relationships
Licensed to practice in California (or able to obtain admission) and able to work from the Los Angeles office
