Leading U.S. law firm seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead an established healthcare practice in the Los Angeles market. The role focuses on advisory work across healthcare and life‑sciences clients, including regulatory counseling, commercial transactions, compliance, and operational matters.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and managing client relationships, mentoring lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is preferred.

Significant partner-level experience in healthcare and life‑sciences matters (regulatory, transactional, and compliance).
Proven business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading teams, managing client engagements, and working cross‑functionally.
Active bar admission in California or eligible to transfer; JD or equivalent.
